Very helpful front desk staff.
I hate that the room temperature cannot be controlled by the guest. I would not stay here again for that reason.

The staff was friendly. there was a coffee maker in the room.
They had a tiny refrigerator, no microwave and no continental breakfast.
Hotels that are one step up form motel 6 are offering breakfasts. I will never stay in a hotel again that does not offer this. The bed was comfortable. I would rate it at about a motel 6 level

Good location, friendly staff, very comfortable beds.
Price, but in line with similar hotels in San Diego.
We were very pleased with our experience. The room was excellent and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was quiet. The staff were very accommodating and professional.

This hotel was amazing, starting with the staff.
There was not one thing that I didn't like about this hotel.
The hotel was super clean and the staff was amazing. The pool was to ourselves and the Jacuzzi was very romantic. They have a great sitting area outside with a fireplace and we had very easy access to all the amenities. We have decided to always stay at this hotel when we visit this area.

The common area with the touch screen TV and computers.
There were a lot of unsupervised children running around, playing games on the computers and in the pool area.
Good overall except for the unsupervised children.

Clean, nice location, close to UCSD where we frequent bec of son.
No shower cap in bathroom.
Clean room, excellent bed (I want to take it home), quiet area and accessible to freeways, restaurants, nice crowd (we went on US Open wkend and Tiger-chasing golfers and families were the common guests), helpful and nice front office staff.

Larger rooms than some Courtyards we have stayed in.
Nothing.
One of the more recent additions to the Courtyard chain of hotels. Larger public areas including gas fires in the Courtyard area. Great location for the San Diego Tech center. A few restaurants close buy. Fairly good access to Downtown San Diego via I805/I5.

The water main was broken upon my arrival and arrangements had already been made at a sister hotel.
The sister hotel was a little more difficult to find and further away from my morning accounts.
Upon arrival I was told I would be moved to a sister hotel due to a water main break. It took about 15 minutes to make the arrangements. After driving around for a while at night trying to find the hotel, I was greeted by a polite but slightly stressed desk clerk. I got to my room about a little more than an hour later than expected and very tired.
