Bedding was very beautiful and comfortable.
Snacks and drinks were for sale in lobby only but this was not obvious when checked in, so had to do without for the night.

Quality of the room's decor, size very impressive and better than expected for the price. Star rating. Everything very clean and fresh.

Great location for business travel, close to the airport and downtown San Jose. Wouldn't recommend for an extended stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable, for the most part. The mattress was a little uncomfortable and our room didn't cleaned the first night we were there, but it was probably just an oversight.

The room gave us 2 beds,
I wanted 1 bed.

San Jose is a great town and it was conveniently located near downtown, room has nice furniture and lobby is very elegant.

Staff is very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is conveniently located for public transportation. I used Amtrak and short rail for attending a business meeting in San Jose, CA. The staff was very helpful.
