Missed place a cell phone staff not helpful. Believe they found and kept phone.

Hotel is very clean. Have stayed there before and have enjoyed out stay each time. Like the fact the pool is indoors.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was no noise . The children enjoyed the pool and also the pool hours.
There was no table and chairs or a microwave.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel and we would recommend it to our family and friends. The children enjoyed the pool best of all. Thank you.

We felt pampered.
The busy Santa Fe traffic was a problem.

We loved staying here and would return. We made ample use of the pool and spa and our son enjoyed the court yard component. Everyone we met was nice and helpful and made our stay a relaxing one.

The hotel had fresh baked tortilla chips and salsa in the lobby.
The rooms opened to the outside, noisy road traffic, bathroom door didn't shut correctly.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The room we were in was right above the lobby which was a high traffic area for people coming and leaving the hotel. The room also faced Cerillos road which is a busy street. I was woken up twice during the night. Once by someone playing their booming car music, and another time by loud motorcycles.
