It had a business center with printers.
Could not extend my stay.
This hotel was very nice. I would have liked more than 2 computers in the business center, but it was great to have those with printers.

The atmosphere was comfortable and clean.
The pillows and towels were sub-standard.
This hotel was very comfortable and clean. The decor was current if not exciting. My only complaints were that the pillows were lumpy and the towels reminded me of Motel 6 towels. It may be they have certain rooms set aside for those of us paying extremely low rates where they use the older pillows and linens.

It was very clean and the staff was very helpful.
It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room to keep beverages cold.

There was a Dunkin Donuts nearby.
Just generic. Not much parking.

Location.
Bathroom fan was a little loud.
Excellent location for those who want to watch baseball at Scottsdale Stadium. Easy walk. Close to restaurants. Hotel is wonderful, clean, and full of amenities. I would stay here again and often.

Room was very clean, great staff and great downtown location.
Being handicaped, I had a fairly long walk to my room.
Hotel was beautifully landscaped around the pool, the staff was very helpful and the location in downtown Scottsdale was perfect.

Located in downtown Scottsdale.
I didn't like that you could hear traffic on Scottsdale road. Also the bed was not comfortable.
Hotel is a little hard to find but it's located very close to downtown Scottsdale. My room was very clean and roomy but the bed was uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was overpriced for the quality.

Walking distance to restaurants.
Difficult to see hotel sign when driving, located in congested area-short cut to Goldwater street can be confusing, southbound on Scottsdale
Comfortable, clean rooms, accommodating young staff.

Nice room and bed. Location was great. Covered and convenient parking.
Desk clerk was surly and lacked interpersonal skills.
The hotel itself was very nice. I called at 6am the day of our arrival and asked that a king smoking room be ready for us at noon. I was told that it would be no problem. When we arrived at 12:30pm, the desk clerk informed me that the room was not ready and I could have a double bed, or could come back after 3pm. Upon my insistence that I had been promised a king at noon, and after 15 minutes of argument with the clerk, we were given a room for handicapped with a king bed. Finally, they fulfilled my request after 4pm. I spoke to the manager on Monday morning, and was pleasantly surprised at her helpfulness, and she assured me that she would speak to the clerk and do any retraining necessary. We left the hotel satisfied. read more
