Efficient and courteous front desk staff and excellent bed and shower.
This was the first time we stayed at the Old Town Courtyard. We are very pleased with the experience.

Convenience, no nonsense and clean.
There is nothing outstanding about the hotel, but it is a good, solid, clean place to stay in Scottsdale. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Close enough to downtown to be convenient for the baseball crowd.

Some rooms had balconies overlooking the courtyard.
Tissues and toilet paper could have been softer.

Just generic. Not much parking.

Location.
Bathroom fan was a little loud.
Excellent location for those who want to watch baseball at Scottsdale Stadium. Easy walk. Close to restaurants. Hotel is wonderful, clean, and full of amenities. I would stay here again and often.

Located in downtown Scottsdale.
I didn't like that you could hear traffic on Scottsdale road. Also the bed was not comfortable.
Hotel is a little hard to find but it's located very close to downtown Scottsdale. My room was very clean and roomy but the bed was uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was overpriced for the quality.
