The comfort and cleaniness.
The cashier during breakfast was rude and was not free.
I did like the hotel itself. The front desk was very nice. The reason why I had rated the service the way I did was that during breakfast time there was no sign indicating whether or not breakfast was free as with some other hotels. The cashier was not helpful at all and in fact very rude. Otherwise I did enjoy my stay. It was for a business trip. I would gladly stay there again, only I would not bother with breakfast. read more

Very helpful staff.
Safety was an issue. Do not walk in this neighborhood.
Great place to stay if you don't go outside into the neighborhood. The room was clean the staff was friendly.

Affordable price within close enough proximity to the city.
Noisy heater/air conditioner.
Met our needs for a short stay. The breakfast was not very good and grossly over priced.

Very accommodating! Nice rooms and lobby area.
Great breakfast, but expensive. Only open for breakfast. Had to walk 4-5 blocks to the subway.
It was clean and nice with very friendly accommodating staff.

Close to freeway exits and not far from centre of town.
Limited facilities.
Well located - if you have your own transport. Comfortable and adequate and good value.

I liked the availability of snacks and necessaries.
Room service was a take out from some nearby overprices and badly managed restaurant, but they did not inform us that there were other options.
The hotel itself is very nice, but in a terrible location unless you are flying. It was a long and badly directed walk to the T and and a 40 minute wait for a cab to get to the hotel.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel.
Nothing.
Nice to have a shopping center next to the hotel with 2 restaurants there (Olive Garden and AppleBees). Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Good to have wired and wireless internet connection in the room. 5 to 10 minutes walk to the subway and you can get to downtown quickly.
