One of the older Marriott properties in the chain.

While this hotel met my basic needs, it was a far cry removed from my earlier stay at a brand new Marriott in Knoxville a few days earlier. The bathroom vent did not work, therefore the bathroom would fog up when we took a shower. I would be very hesitant to bid for this area again knowing that I might become relegated to a lesser room, even though I presented my Marriott Rewards card. There is no restaurant; however, there is a breakfast area, but one must now pay ala cart for what was once included in the price of a room. read more

Noticed the quietness when we were in the room, even with the interstate nearby. Room was very clean and neat, as well as bathroom.
One trivial thing was the king bed was not on the wall opposite the TV, it was on a side wall which was strange.

Overall, we were very happy with the hotel for a 3 star rating and price was great with Priceline. It was, however, a little hard to find where the driveway was to the hotel off the interstate exit ramp. We passed it and had to go back. Everyone working in the hotel was very friendly from the front desk to the housekeepers we saw in the hallway in the morning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area. read more

Quiet, clean, friendly, close to freeway.
Expensive breakfast

We checked in when a bus load of teen cheerleaders came. Our room was in the midst of them. The front desk moved us to an area completely away from them. We had a nice quiet evening. We stayed 7 nights and only 1 night did we even hear anyone.

The front desk lady was so kind in giving us a room closest to the outside door for my elderly mil. She was very kind and didn't mind helping me!

The bed was comfortable.
Commode was wobbly and not attached to the floor properly & no refrigerator.

The hotel was okay. I was not pleased that this was a Marriott and the commode wasn't attached to the floor and every time that it was sat on it wobble. I would have like a small refrigerator in the room.

Beakfast should be free, ate it and it was cold and old.

The accomodations were ok, very displeased that breakfast was not for free, all the supposive hot food was cold and tasted old.
