The location.
It was run down and old feeling.

The hotel was under construction and very hard to get around in. No vending machines anywhere in the hotel to even get a drink. The TV didn't work in our room, although they did have someone come in and fix while we were out. The overall presentation of the
hotel was old and rundown.

We love staying at this hotel, but it has gotten pricey, we were so excited that our Priceline bid was accepted so that we could stay here again. Thanks.

Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, internet service was fast and available for guests to use. There is no free breakfast, but the breakfast was available to purchase and is worth the money.
