Comfortable beds, friendly staff, attractive decor.
Breakfast was not included.

The room was very attractively decorated - I didn't want to leave it. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Perfectly clean pool. Very quiet. Reasonable price. Well designed. Unusually clean. Plan to return on next trip to Springfield.

Staff was very friendly. Location was very nice with lots of shopping and resturants available to choose from.
The bath tub has some mildew on it. Try to stay on the 3rd floor we could hear people running above us.

Visual upgrades were descent. I enjoyed the hotel.
Toilet did not work. I had to take the lid off and adjust the arm inside of the toilet. I did not bring this up to staff. No big deal.
