Location, room layout, nice flat screen TVs
Scratchy towels, rooms felt damp.

Good location, over priced breakfast, towels could be of better quality, occasionally the hotel staff do not replace the towels and wash clothes completely and they should. Clean and welcoming environment. Would stay again.
