Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient.
The pillows and the bed were not comfortable.

Friendly staff. Great restaurants within walking distance. Clean rooms nicely furnished.

The room was very comfortable and attractive. Hotel staff were extremely helpful.
No evening dining inside the hotel. Parking was off-site and cost $10 a day.

Hotel located in downtown Tacoma with many interesting sights nearby. Even though located downtown, I felt very safe and enjoyed the views. The room was very clean, attractive and comfortable and seemed like a brand new room.

This hotel was extremely clean, the staff was very hlepful, and the rooms were cozy.
The parking was very inconvenient!!!

My overall stay at this hotel was nice the location next to the rail system in Tacoma was very nice. This Hotels parking was very inconvenient,and what they charged to park in the garage was a bit to much, other than that everything else was great.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The location is fantastic - near the waterfront, glass bridge and museum, natural history museum, Tacoma art museum, free streetcar, University of Washington - Tacoma campus,great restaurants, and more. The rooms are spacious and clean with beautiful furnishings. The bathroom is extra large and and the lighting (mood lights) are great. The hotel has free wireless internet. We had a wonderful view of Puget Sound - even the free coffee and tea selection was great. We would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to friends. read more
