The Manager, went out of his way to address my questions.
No refrigerator in room, No self parking.

Entrance on street with $12 valet parking only. Small reception area and market with microwave. Only one PC in the bar area. Restaurant was not used but looked adequate. Room was large and comfortable, but a refrigerator would be nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, easy access to port or airport! Rooms were very comfortable and had a great view of the pool/courtyard area!

It was clean and most of the staff was friendly and helpful
We didn't like the parking situation, and the night staff wasn't very helpful with the parking situation.

The hotel was great! But parking is a bit confusing. It's valet parking only which I guess would be fine if you were planning on being back at the hotel early. But we went to a concert and didn't get back until 1:00 am and then there was no one around to park our car for us and we didn't know where we were suppose to park. But that was the only bad thing.

No Free Parking, Valet is $12.00 a day. $7 parking accross the street.

The room was clean and nice. I was disappointed with the available parking. Very unsafe! They could have at least comped the parking at the lot across the street.

It was nice and clean and quiet. Very comfortable stay.
I had to drive for quite a distance to find a place for meals.

I was staying in Tampa for a Career improvement test that I was taking the next day. The room was nice and quiet. I was not disturbed by other guests at all. I was able to study as much as I felt I needed to. Then the bed, what a wonderful night sleep. The only problem I had, I couldn't pay a lot for meals, so I ended up driving a bit for something nice, but not too expensive. Overall, The stay in the hotel was wonderful, thank you. read more
