Parking was horrible (no controls) guests forced to park offsite while non-guest parked on site.

Location was great close to Mill Ave. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pool was adequate; nothing special. Parking was horrible. Guests were forced to park offsite while non-guests flooded lot. They need to have security.

Right next to train tracks.

Excellent accommodations for someone traveling for the first time to Tempe. In walking distance to everything Tempe-Mill Ave & A.S.U. as well as the light rail and A mountain.

Excellent, smelled nice. Clean. Staff was professional.
Busy outside because of the location of ASU next door.

Excellent overall. Clean, and smelled great. The complimentary breakfast listed at this Hotel I thought meant free but it is not, you pay for your breakfast. Busy area due to Arizona State University just down the street. The sun was blocked by the tall sky rise building behind the hotel which didn't make swimming any fun. But friendly professional staff.

The staff was very kind, helpful and accommodating. They made my stay enjoyable.

This hotel was very suitable for my travel needs. I would have probably rated it as average if it were not for the staff. The staff at the front desk made my stay excellent. They were very accommodating of my needs by extending my check out time to a late check out due to a conference I was attending. They were also friendly throughout my entire stay and made me feel very welcome. read more
