I have a problem with the deposit that the hotel required when I checked in. They put a $100.00 hold on my credit card for incidentals. After I re booked, they put another $40.00 hold on my credit card, when I had incurred no incidental charges on the first $100.00 hold on my credit card.

Lobby was attractive.
Room very small for the money & set up bad, and hot tub- was not hot at all.

Hotel way over priced for what you get, no free continental breakfast.

The hotel in general was in good shape, staff was friendly and overall a good value.
Would have preferred longer hours for the pool area only open from 10am to10 pm.

Overall this was a nice hotel, breakfast buffet was advertised at $7.95, but we never quite made it. Really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. Great Experience.

Everything was great except for 2 exceptions: in my personal opinion, if a room sleeps 4 there should be 4 towels in the bathroom, not 3. Also, even though I had prepaid for 2 nights, our keys were deactivated after 1 night and we had to get them redone when we back to the hotel at midnight to get in our room.

Great desk staff, good rooms, and great beds.
Lobby looked like not a courtyard.

Bit disappointed, stayed at a Courtyard in fort smith the night before and it was an amazing property. This was nice but I've stayed in nicer days inns. Gread bedding, room like every Courtyard, the square shape and a bit small.
