I was pleased with this hotel. It was well-decorated, clean, and the staff were above-average in their friendliness. When I arrived, the hotel smelled nice and there were candles in the breakfast area. I think that this is an average hotel, which was made above average by the staff, cleanliness, and attention to detail. I would have preferred for there to be a restaurant and room-service, but the food options at this hotel (breakfast and small market to buy snacks) were probably commensurate with the star level. read more

The staff was pleasant and helpful.
In going green, the hot water in the showers could have been a little hotter.

The hotel was located in an easy accessible location off the freeway. Overall environment was comfortable. Rooms were clean but slightly on the small size with not a lot of maneuverability for a 3-star hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Lobby area was medium-sized, with few places to sit, but efficient.

No restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Very comfortable and attractive room. Clean bathroom. Nice amenities like, indoor swimming pool and exercise room. Great for business travelers. I'd strongly recommend it to my friends.

Bed was very comfortable and location quiet.
I got as good a room etc at a Comfort Inn the following 2 nights.

The Courtyards are always very nice but too pricey for my travel allowance. I have a hard time understanding why they think a night at a hotel and a shower in the morning is worth $100+ a night.

Location and easy access.
I had no dislikes with this hotel.

I used this hotel for business and found it's location between Hartford and New Haven perfect. As with all Marriott Courtyard Hotels I find them to be clean, spacious and accommodating.
