Toilet broken.

The broken toilet was annoying. The staff was responsive to our calls and an associate from housekeeping was sent promptly. But the toilet was still broken and remained that way when we checked out. I will not return to this hotel.

The employees were very helpful and friendly.
It wasn't walking distance from anything, so we were stuck when it came to food.

Very nice, if you have a car to drive to local shops, restaurants. The pool was too cold and too small. The jacuzzi was great!

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the bed comfortable and I loved the free internet service in the room.
The room wasn't particularly attractive; the bar is not open on Friday and Saturday nights and there is no eateries.

The hotel was pleasant enough, nothing special. The staff was friendly, the room and general areas were clean and it was convenient for my purposes. I would have liked to have access to a drink in the evening and some food at other times.
