Very new facility with free Internet.
No room service! The internal restaurant closed at 10PM. No self-parking, forced to pay $30/night.
Overall a new / clean hotel. However, it fell short in 3 key areas. No room service; Internal restaurant closed at 10PM; Vallet parking only at $30/night. Hence I would rate this hotel at a 6/7 instead.

Impressed with security, felt very safe. Transportation close and convenient. Staff friendly.
More clean towels in the swimming area. Parents need to monitor their children when others are in the pool.
Very secure, staff friendly, and transportation conveniently located.

Great, convenient and comfortable. Easy access to tourist attractions and government business buildings via the Metro. I will stay there again.

The hotel was new and located next to the metro station. The staff was nice but not more than expected.
Can't get there from the road. DC is confusing enough without locating a hotel on a side street.
First, forget the 2nd street address, this hotel is located at the junction of Florida and NY. NE; It is convenient if coming from Metro but not by driving. The neighborhood is so, so and I would not go walking alone at night. There is only valet parking (30 per day additional) - There is an Au Bon Pain next door so you have options for food Union Station is only 1 stop away but you will need to change train lines to access the Smithsonian stop. Our stay was pleasant enough but I was trying to find this place for 2 hours, driving around DC at night - even telephone information gave me the number of the other Courtyard and no one seemed to know how to get there. Perfect if you are arriving by train or even bus, go somewhere else if driving! read more

The convenience of having the Metro station right next door was a plus for those looking to get to the Capital quickly.
The parking fee of thirty dollars a night was very excessive for a hotel in the suburb of the city.
We found out the day we arrived that the hotel had been opened just a day before we got there. There seemed to be a lot of confusion on the address. The pool was still under construction the day we arrived and was not accessible until the last day of our stay. The parking fee was in my opinion extremely high for a hotel outside the city. The staff was very friendly and did there best to work out the problems as best they could. read more
