Nothing, out of the way, parking not secure.
The hotel was out of the way, not a safe neighborhood, parking not secure.

We were charged 20.00 for no reason. The parking was not secure, the entrance was not secure, had to walk in the rain from the parking to get to the hotel, not very well lit, and in a not so desirable area of town. The noise woke us up at 6 am, alarms going off from some alarm in a room on our floor, elevator not large enough, when we asked the staff for directions they were not well informed, we will not stay at this hotel again or refer our family or friends to stay here. read more

The coffeemaker in the room was excellent.
The layout of the room we stayed in.

Overall, was a very nice experience. The staff was helpful and pleasant and the cleanliness of the room and hotel was excellent.

Hotel staff is very friendly and provided adequate information about free detached parking.
Room was not cleaned during 2 night stay. Detached adjacent parking might not be safe for older traveler or single ladies.

Hotel is good and staff is warm and friendly. Bathroom was new, it had vents but no fan. Did not eat in restaurant, but had cold/hot breakfast which was good. Breakfast is not complimentary unless purchased with hotel package. Acoustics not very good, had repeated distractions from from other rooms on Saturday night.
