The reception desk shows a certificate with a 100% rating from the health department, yet the hotel is infested with large cockroaches. I wonder where you buy these certificates.

Free coffee in lobby!
Rooms were musty, and old furnishings.

This Courtyard is showing some age and has a musty smell to match. Considering the options in Wilmington, however, this is not a bad choice. Free coffee in the lobby was a plus and the front-desk staff was very helpful.
