Clean and efficient hotel room and friendly front desk personnel.
Located next to train track and in somewhat unsafe neighborhood.

Hotel was clean with efficient layout. Requested and was given a room away from ice machine and elevator. Friendly personnel.

This hotel is located close to local nightlife.
The air-conditioning unit was noisy.

This hotel has a nicely adorned lobby, good facilities (pool / gym), and convenient parking. The rooms are dated, but comfortable.

They did give us some directions to a couple places that we asked about.
Was supposed to have a king bedroom but they gave us 2 queen beds and didn't try to take care of it.

Not happy at all. Room was wrong and nothing was done about it. No breakfast and the pool was so strong smelling of chlorine that it about made
us sick.

People were great to deal with. Location and atmosphere are awesome.
The coffee was not left out 24/7.

This hotel is a great location and atmosphere when visiting the Cincinnati area. The staff was great. The rooms were immaculate and the amenities are awesome. I will stay there anytime I am in the Cincinnati area.

Exceeded our expectations in all areas. Being able to use the computers downstairs was awesome.
No fridge in room.

Exceeded our expectations, bigtime. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a breakfast bar every morning. Very clean and comfortable. Will be the place I stay everytime I go see the play.

I was staying at the hotel the night before my wedding, the staff was great about getting late check outs and early check ins for my family and friend.
We were unable to get rooms on the same floor, however we didn't request it when we booked the hotel either.
