Lady at front desk the next morning was not rude.

Hotel was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was rude. Walls were thin. Must have been a low cost hotel lots of noise. Iron didn't work, ruined my khakis. Sliding door lock was broke.

I liked that my first-floor room, that had a sliding door to the courtyard, had a security brace in the sliding glass door. Peace of mind!

Perfect location, close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. Very friendly staff at the front desk, and very nice accommodations. I will definitely stay at this hotel again, and bring my family to stay here as well!

The location and the helpfulness of the staff.
Only had one computer in the business center.

I liked the hotel a lot. Courtyard by Marriott are always a great value in my opinion and the Priceline price made the stay more enjoyable. The restaurant was okay. There was only one toaster but the staff made my toast in the back for me while it was in use. It is easy to find off the Southfield Freeway.
