The location and the helpfulness of the staff.
Only had one computer in the business center.

I liked the hotel a lot. Courtyard by Marriott are always a great value in my opinion and the Priceline price made the stay more enjoyable. The restaurant was okay. There was only one toaster but the staff made my toast in the back for me while it was in use. It is easy to find off the Southfield Freeway.

The hotel was clean and quiet.
The room internet connection did not work.

Overall, the hotel was fine, and it definitely met my expectations. The breakfast was spartan, but the staff were very friendly.

The courtyard was very nice.
The dining area was located right at the lobby. It is too open, not private.

Very nice hotel. There were four of us and we had to use the pull-out sofa bed. It was too small, there were not enough blankets (only a sheet and a thin blanket) and I didn't like having to make the bed up before we turned in.

Hotel was clean, but had a dirty, used feel to it.

I have stayed at several Courtyards and this one did not live up to the name. The suite set up is nice, but there was nothing special about this hotel. While everything was clean, the room and facilities just seemed old and dingy. By no means was it a terrible place, but in comparison to other Marriotts, it was not as nice. I would liken it to a Holiday Inn level hotel.

convenient and efficient

This hotel is located in a corporate center area of Dearborn, just East of Fairlane mall, and is convenient to everything (by car). Hotel is very quiet and has a small swimming pool and courtyard. Exercise room has the usual treadmills and freeweights up to 35 lb.
