The main entrance is centered at a corner intersection making very simple to check in.
I thought the cable selection offered was not comparable to it's competition.

Looked very new, friendly customer service and free parking! I enjoyed the efficiency of checking in and was very pleased with the wonderful room. Please attempt to get a room on the waterfront side. I'm sure that only adds to the experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room, hallways, elevator, and lobby were very clean.
The mattress on one of the beds was worn out and too soft. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom,and the only mirrors were in the bathroom.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby, elevators, hallways, and room were kept very clean. The room was attractively decorated and comfortable. The only negative aspects of the room were one well worn uncomfortable mattress, the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom and the only mirror was in the bathroom.

Not very visible from the street, hard to find.

The hotel was very clean and the decor was lovely. The staff was friendly. It was somewhat noisy, walls thin and water from adjacent rooms loud.

well equipped room.
Sorry there was no shop for small things; there was just a candy/ice cream bar.

Really liked it. Located in a new shopping center. Parking was easy at a no-charge garage. Quiet, clean, convenient. We were 10 minutes from Potomac which was our daily destination. Room was large, bright, airy. Well equipped. A larger closet would be an improvement.

Had to pay for breakfast. No shuttle to shady grove. Pool is only open a few hours.

I was actually a little disappointed in the quality of this hotel. It wasn't bad, just not what I expected of a 3 star. The amenities were not as expected. i.e. complimentary coffee in the lobby was only a few hours a day. Same with pool availability. Breakfast was not complimentary, although it was very good food. So with the Priceline rate plus the cost of breakfast, plus cost of parking at Shady grove train station (no shuttle) it ended up not being as great a deal as we originally thought. Still a nice looking hotel and we had a nice time. read more
