Proximity to UMass while being upscale.
The heater was not working properly.

Great choice for visiting Amherst and UMass. Perfect location. Upscale, clean, well maintained hotel with a great and reasonable breakfast choice. Free wireless internet was great and easy to access. All good!

Room size and layout, sitting area was key to pleasant stay.
Shower curtain was so short it barely fit the tub. Coffee was awful. Bottom Sheet slipped off mattress.

The room had a bed and a pull out. Wanted 2 beds. No other rooms available.

Overall, very nice, but the pull out was a negative. And at bed time we realized there were no sheets/blankets/pillows to make the pull out. They arrived quickly when we called.
