Great location on the east side of the Plaza.
No onsite restaurant, but there are plenty good ones nearby.

I don't think I could have found a better bargain for a hotel in the Plaza dining and shopping district. I've always loved the Plaza, and this hotel fits in very well. The hotel appears to have been recently remodeled, it's a historic building and my room was very modern and comfortable. Despite being on the 1st floor, noise from the lobby was not really an issue.

Hotel staff was extremely rude.

Hotel staff wouldn't honor request for two beds. We had to purchase another room to get two beds. First time in my personal history this has happened.

Friendly staff, very clean, very comfortable.

My stay was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel was very neat and clean. I wish I could have taken the mattress home with me! This is definitely one of the best hotel stays I have had. And naming your own price.
