I was very pleased with the staff upon check in. I found them very accomodating, and professional. I loved the fact that there was free WiFi access too!

The bathrooms were very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable.
The extra blankets for the pull out couch were horrible. Heat was difficult to regulate.

Breakfast was not included in the cost of the room.

The hotel was very well maintained, clean and conveniently located. The staff was helpful and friendly. One thing that would have made the hotel better would have been having breakfast included in the room rate as is the case with many Marriott properties.

This hotel is extremely neat, clean, very good room condition, nice sofa, bathroom, and rugs excellent.
Only the location, otherwise it is excellent hotel.

I had booked a 4 star hotel Sutton in Toronto and paid lot of money during my current travel to Toronto and Pittsburgh. But after staying at Marriott courtyard, me and my family can tell you, it was excellent and million time much better than a 4 star Sutton hotel of Toronto. Now after staying at Marriott courtyard, I'll always prefer this hotel because the hotel rooms are more than money worth and the quality is good. Even I told the hotel manager that their hotel is excellent compared to 4 star Sutton hotel of Toronto. read more
