Every employee was friendly, was also able to check in early. Did not have very far to walk to either room or lecture room.
Excellent facility for small group meetings. Pool and hot tub had two rails, making it easier for less agile person to enter and leave. All the staff was friendly from housekeeping to persons manning the reception desk.

The room was comfortable, the restaurant was good, and the staff was helpful.
There was no regular coffee in the room and apparently the hotel did not have any.
The hotel was easy to find right off the highway. The lobby was comfortable and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable with no complaints. The restaurant was a buffet but had plenty of selections for people on any sort of a diet or not. We were please with the accommodations and would return to this hotel if we were in Salina again.

The motel was nearly empty at the night of our check in. They chose to put us into a room adjacent to the linen closet, which reduced our square footage by about 60 feet.

It was nice; the mushroom and Swiss burgers were excellent!
The Jacuzzi in the king, spa room had not been properly cleaned.
I have stayed in this hotel previously and have attended meetings there, also. Some of the upscale rooms are a bit pricey, but generally worth it. The only problem I had with this visit was that apparently a previous guest had used bubble-bath in the Jacuzzi and there was a bathtub ring of soap scum left in the tub!

Lower level rooms that open onto the courtyard.
King, spa Jacuzzis do not have enough jets.
I discovered that their guest rooms and other amenities are a cut above most other hotel chains, not only in terms of guest rooms, but also food and service. Their courtyard concept is very conducive to a pleasant stay.
