Hotel staff was amazing friendly and helpful.
Entrance off, of the frontage road is not clearly marked.
Have stayed here before and a great place to stay. Staff is amazing and they have a wonderful buffet breakfast, although not free, well worth the money.

Friendly staff and very helpful also.
Needs more than one elevator.
When we arrived they put us in a handicap room. Well I called up to the front desk and told the front person that it wouldn't work. I had three small children that couldn't take showers. She apologized and moved us to a better room, even though the hotel was booked. When walking up to the front again she met us at the elevator and offered stuff animals to my children. She was great. The room was wonderful. The only thing is they need another elevator. read more

Beautiful room environment with king size bed and lots of pillows.
The atmosphere in this hotel was great. Friendly people and willing to help make your stay enjoyable. Room was clean and pleasant to stay in.

Great hotel for the money, the staff was very friendly, great location and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Nothing, everything was great.
Hotel was in a great location, several restaurants located near by, the hotel was an upscale hotel. The rooms were large with a patio with an outstanding view of the City of San Antonio, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on in an hotel in a while.
