Staff was very friendly and the room was clean
The only down side was that the chlorine in the pool overpowered the entire lobby area

Overall, it was a good, clean and safe hotel when travelling with young children. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was.

It was not one thing I can come up with.

If a clean, friendly staff, family friendly, hotel is very important to you and your guest. Then I recommend Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio Seaworld/Lackland.

The staff was friendly and it was clean.
No continental breakfast but they had $10 breakfast buffet available.

The hotel was clean! The exercise room clean and in good repair with a good selection of equipment for a hotel. The pool area was clean and hazard free, laundry area was available, computer use in lobby area. I liked it very much. I took my mother and 13yr old son and they were both able to enjoy the stay. The priceline room gave us a king bed and a sofabed and the staff was glad to bring extra pillows. The room was nice. read more

Nothing.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and very nicely furnished. Parking lot was secure and neighborhood was good. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Bed was great. Highly recommend and will stay there again.
