There front desk staff were wonderful. She was very welcoming.
Breakfast was not well cooked. The bed was uncomfortable.

I arrived very early and the staff went out of there way to put me in my room as soon as they could. I will stay there again !

Food made me sick and ended up in the hospital the whole second night, pool didn't have a jacuzzi, room service food seemed to be sitting for too long before served

Renee at front desk was very friendly when I contacted the hotel. Staff was very friendly.
The bathroom outlet did not work.

The staff was exceptionally friendly from the date of initial contact to arrival. The hotel is decorated in a modern, upscale decor, and the rooms offer very comfortable beds.

It was a good stay, with good showers, good location and great managers.
The tub was having problem in draining water and beds were not that comfortable.

Good and safe, with a lot of eating choices outside the hotel.

Hockey teams were booked there, too many loud kids running around!

Very beautiful, quiet
and nice location!

This hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. Convenient location for restaurants shopping and nearby Bridgeport, CT as well as Yale university. We very much enjoyed our stay here.
