The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
While the staff delivered good service there were not enough front desk host, resulting in long lines when guest were in a rush to get moving .

It was a good place to stay. I would stay there again.

I really liked the hotel person who greeted us. She was wonderful.
I think the pool lifeguard should know where the bathroom around the hall is when asked!

I traveled with my 9 yr old who loved the pool and my 17 yr old who loved the convenience from room to parking lot and internet access. We had a great time at this hotel and will keep the memories in our hearts.

Very nice front desk staff.

A very nice hotel that I would stay in again. Laminate doors and plastic ice buckets. Minimal exercise equipment that is out of date. However, it is clean, with a friendly staff, and room is color coordinated. A nice place to stay and would stay there again.

Very thin walls.

What you expect from Courtyard. Nice room and good breakfast. Seems like a good area surrounded by offices and Lexus car dealership. About 10 miles outside of the Beltway.

Good location, clean and the staff was very helpful.

Overall very good experience. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place between BWI airport and Washington D.C.

I really liked the decor of the room-it was very tasteful.
The only thing I did not like was the lack of continental breakfast, but that was probably typical of a 2.5 star hotel.

Our stay was very comfortable-e were able to check in early and the staff was very helpful in giving directions to the Metro as well as getting us a refrigerator. The room was very nice and clean and they made it easy to check out. Everything was easy to find and I was even able to check my email quickly in the morning.

Staff helpful but directions to church/restaurant need updating.

Good place to stay if visiting the Washington/Baltimore area. Centrally located to both and a 10 minute drive to the nearest train station.

Nice room and the staff was very helpful.
Breakfast was not included.

The rooms are spacious for two and a good size for four. Computers are easily accessible. Breakfast being extra seemed odd in this time when most hotels include a continental breakfast with the room.
