The separate seating area was a chair in the corner and there is a mandatory 12 parking fee per night. Then you have to tip. Boo hiden fees. Other than that it was great.

Spacious and new with all expected features.

My wife and I stayed for the weekend, and it was very comfortable. It's within walking distance of downtown St. Pete but was more affordable than other independent and big name hotels right downtown. I was very impressed with the condition of the room. There's a nice indoor pool, exercise room and what looked like a great breakfast buffet. They've kept some of the historical elements of the building, originally constructed in 1925, in tact, which is a nice touch. read more

Quaint and cozy rooms with plenty of room and comfort; thoughtful, peanuts with saying in rooms upon check in, (Red Sox-Rays game); very pleasant staff and breakfast had exceptional service and terrific food; valet was very personable, not stuffy, yet professional. Just an overall terrific experience and have recommended this hotel to others already.

The staff was extremely friendly and nice!
The hidden prices of valet parking and buffet breakfast.

This hotel was one of the nicest and nostalgic hotels that I've gotten to stay in. The staff was great, just so nice, especially those by the door with valet parking. Plus, the pool and hot tub were great for relaxation. The location was perfect for touring downtown St. Petersburg. Great hotel, but one gripe is that valet parking was $10 a day, or you could park on the street and move your car every two hours. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey, but good! Definitely would go back! read more
