Verry conviently located to many shops and business'
A/C not very good, broken hairdryer, room not fresh.

As a business traveler, this hotel is very average. For the price, it was good. You get what you pay for and I got what I expected.

It was near enough to things I could escape.
The smell of garbage in every hallway.

This place was nice to look at until you entered. The smell of ripe garbage permeated the main and second floor (never went to third). The room was superficially clean. My first trip was to Wal-mart to get Lysol. My second was to use half a can and leave. There are kitchens in the rooms but I didn't use them, not trusting the plates or cutlery.

Great staff, very quiet and comfortable.
Showers unsafe - fell, dislocated elbow and ended up in the ER.

I really liked this hotel up until I slipped in the bathtub and got hurt. Good cable, great pillows, quiet, etc. However, I had to make other arrangements for the rest of my trip because I'm not comfortable using the shower. I slipped and dislocated my elbow and had to go to the ER. I wasn't drunk or wearing Vaseline on my feet, and I've successfully showered for the last 30 some years without incident. The showers are just slippery. Previously I had entered the shower from the back. This time I entered from the front and slipped the minute my foot touched the tub. My weight was already forward so I went straight down. However, up until this incident, I was very happy with the hotel. read more

The only like about this was the kitchenette.
Room was filthy! Sheets were dirty and used wrappers still in them.

This place was horribly dirty. Had to change bed linens ourselves. Desk staff identified as General Manager was the most un-helpful customer service agent I have ever encountered. Great rate through priceline but overall service and experience was polar opposite of stellar!

The front desk staff was very helpful
They did not have my reservation we had to call at 11:30pm. Thank goodness someone answered the phone in India and was able to fax the reservation.

The hotel was clean. I liked the kitchen. I did not like that they didn't have my reservation when I got there. Not sure who screwed up. Also there was some crazy person pacing the floor upstairs till about 2AM but other than that it was fine.

It was dirty - it had an odor -
I had a hard time sleeping every night, did not sleep at all the first night.

Liked the layout, with full kitchen area.
Bedbugs.

This hotel looks nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful during the day, but not at night. I don't recommend staying there as my wife and I were attacked by bedbugs which was awful.
