The staff was understanding and friendly about my late arrival time
I paid for a water in the vending machine and it never came out!

It was exactly what you would expect it to be: clean but not fancy, friendly staff, and right for the price.

they did not clean our room.

When I complained that our room was not cleaned they told me that they only cleaned it once a week and since I only stayed there two nights they weren't planning on cleaning it until we left. Had I known of this policy I wouldn't have stayed there. We did not get new towels nor shampoo/soap replenishments.

It was close to a Kroger.
The hallways smelled awful, the plumbing sucked, the toilet squealed and the staff was not very friendly.

I was originally in one room and my experience was great. However due to work I had to extend my stay several times. I got the feeling they were annoyed by me. They moved me to a room that was a severe downgrade. Every time I took I shower, I took a bath as well because the water never drained. The toilet clogged several times. The television made a horrible squelching noise and there was a roach in my room. read more

Basic comfort - with the kitchen set-up. Works great!
The frying pan did not work well - food stuck to it and burned.

I love to stay at Crestwood Suites - it provides for my basic needs, the staff are friendly and everything is clean and cared for. The building itself is older, and could use a few touch-ups here and there, but nothing that detracts from the quality.

A tad bit off the beaten path otherwise fine.

A good hotel. It appears that the hotel had a number of long stay clients with children. My over all experience was good.

The address is not correct so when we ended up at a different motel they called and let us stay at the one with the address we had - so that was nice.

They don't serve breakfast.

They didn't change my beddings the whole time I was there. They didn't empty trash that I had. I didn't get clean towels and face clothes.
