Convenient.
Bedding shabby, holes in comforter and blanket.
For convenience it was great but shabby.

It was a good choice..
The room could have been bigger.
I wish this hotel would have provided a hairdryer, shampoo, and lotion.

The location was close to the home we were visiting.
We did not like the noise coming from another residents radio. We did not like the trash that wasn't picked up for 2 day.

Staff were friendly, Clean Kitchen, Had safe deposit boxes. loaned me a ironing board.
Too many locals staying long term, 1/2 the washing machines didn't work, Blankets and spreads were unclean though changed when asked, one luggage cart.
Overall for a inexpensive hotel, I would rate it better than Motel 6. The kitchen was well equiped for two. My only fault with cleanliness was that the bed speads were dirty when flipped down and the blankets had those unmistakable white tracks on them. (most hotels do not wash them often enough) They were immediately changed out when I complained. I found the beds way too hard for me, (I'm a side sleeper). The staff were very friendly and I found the room to be clean other than what was mentioned above. read more

Decent location, decent price.
Further from Fresno State than desired.
Nice hotel, good amenities.
