Great location. Attended a concert at the Palace of Auburn Hills.

Beautiful, quiet. Parking lot well lit. Bedding was beautiful and very comfortable.

The bathroom was very nice.
The front desk staff were not very helpful. First time I've ever had them refuse to call a taxi.

The hotel was really nice, totally what you would expect for a Crowne Plaza. The staff in the pub were great. The front desk staff, not so great. I was really surprised that the hotel did not offer a shuttle, since obviously the location caters to people attending sports / concerts, etc. in the area.

Nice room, friendly staff, great pool.
Restaurant was pretty slow for seating and taking your order.

Great room for a great price. Room was light and airy, with comfy beds. Pool area was quite nice and the hotel staff was more than willing to open the door to the patio off the pool for us to be able to come in and out to use the pool and sun.

I was happy that they had a breakfast buffet. It could have started earlier than 8 am.
They room that I got did not have a refrigerator or microwave.

The location of this hotel was very easy to find. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My mother is a diabetic and needed a refrigerator to store her insulin. The room did not have one so the staff brought one to the room for her. We wasted a lot of food because there wasn't a microwave oven in the room. I was expecting both to already be apart of the room.
