The entrance to the hotel from interstate was dangerous.

Great hotel outstanding customer service. The entrance from interstate was very difficult and quite dangerous. That is the one reason we would not stay again.

The room itself was very comfortable.
They needed to upgrade the bathroom with new wall paper and by repairing the cracks in the ceiling.

The hotel was very pleasant we satisfactory parking and good access to the freeway. They need to say go north on I35 south to the hotel from the airport instead of saying take I35 south. It was a good stay.

Smoking Room - Could not stay peacefully with a sick kids

The hotel staff did not change the room from smoking to non-smoking because we had the booking thru Price Line

Good location.
The pool would have been great if the no alcohol rule would have been enforced!

The breakfast we ate was not worth to price. We have been to many hotels and the breakfast here was probably the worst. In fact, the free breakfasts that lower star hotels beats this one.
