Everything else stunk.

Old, run down. Restaurant and bar were below average. Workout room - small. Rooms - old fashioned, run down a 2 star hotel, at best. Even stating it is the Beverly Hills Crown Plaza is an overstatement as it either not in Beverly Hills or right on the border. Not recommended.

It was adequate - my expectations were a little high because of the Beverly Hills location. Basically it's a mediocre chain, adequate, clean and totally okay - just not as decorative as I was hoping for. Small bathroom, large room.

The hotel room just had a feel that the room was not clean. There were stains on the towels and also on the furniture. The location was not very ideal. There were not a lot of places to eat very close. I expected a lot more from a 3.5 star hotel in Beverly Hills.

In safe location.
AC didn't work well, toilet made noise.

We stayed at both the Crowne plaza as well as the Marriott in Beverly hills. We found the latter to be more comfortable, as far as the beds, the bathroom, and the AC. While $15 for parking seems to be the norm in L.A., I still think that it is outrageous. Park in the lot right new to the hotel for much less!

The staff seemed nice.
Area of town, look of rooms, parking fee, lobby, amenities.

Lost my dry cleaning (ended up comping it), wake up call was super late, then they did not honor their pledge of having the "next night free" if they missed the time for the call. Rooms pretty shabby and out dated. Staff was friendly though.
