Easy access to highway and downtown Bloomington by car.
Not within walking distance of downtown or to IU.

Comfortable room with good linens. Clean. Can be noisy on weekend when there are football games at IU.

The room had a newly remodeled look.
No jacuzzi, kids running in the halls.

The lounge and lobby were lovely and comfortable and smartly decorated. rooms had an upscale look yet the cable
TV choices were very limited and the sleep comfort bed weren't that comfortable. it looks like it could have used a nice jacuzzi and larger pool for families.

I felt it was in a safe area, clean and well kept. I enjoyed the decor , cool color story and different carpets.
The tub in my room ran slow and i mentioned it at the desk but I don't believe it was tended to, it still ran slow and I wasn't told why.

I would recommend this hotel as a whole it was a pleasant experience. Friendly staff and a clean place to sleep.

New hotel, overall clean and nice amenities.
Staff failed to address two maintenance/housekeeping issues that were identified during my stay.

The hotel is very nice, situated very near to the Indiana University campus. The rooms are well appointed though not large. The downside was the staff. An issue with the bathroom sink was not addressed during the stay despite assurances that it would be. And maid service skipped cleaning my room on one day and the front desk didn't even have an apology. Overall, the facility is very nice and greatly situated near the IU campus. If the staff improves substantially this could be a very good hotel choice. read more

The hotel was very clean. The sleep number bed was fun!
The coffee maker was not in a convenient location for use.

My son and I had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and clean. Our beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful before our stay and during our stay.

The decor was nice and the bedding was comfortable.
The room was small. The exterior doesn't match the interior.

When arriving, the outside of the hotel looks old and non-impressive. The lobby was nice and updated and had a nice bar. The breakfast buffet was nice. The manager was accomodating. We didn't get the king suite we were promised, but he did get us 2 king rooms next door to each other.
