People were great, super helpful!
Mold in bathroom. My sunglasses were stolen out of the room.

Overall quality was comfy, but fan in bathroom broke the first day. No complementary breakfast. Not close to shopping, but did have complementary shuttle service.

The coffee pots did not work.

Overall a very nice place to stay.

Clean, beautiful setting, quiet.
Sunday morning there were trucks unloading for auction running for 2 hours.

Good central location to Stanford area, clean and well maintained, staff listened to my wishes concerning not changing the sheets and towels every day.

Very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere.
Being asked to pay $10 to park our car. Are guests required to pay parking.

We had a bad experience at that day, while getting a car after arriving. When we arrived at the hotel, we weren't in the best of moods. Some of that had to have spilled over to the desk agent. She was very nice and understood our frustrations. That totally disarmed us and we ready at that point to begin to enjoy our mini-vacation. We tip our hats to the staff of the hotel, for saving our holiday. Good Job! read more

Friendly staff, felt like I was special.

Great amenities, pool and spa and 24/7 fitness center, a few miles from Stanford University, comfy beds! A good night sleep!

Lacked a less formal dining area.

Very nice hotel that was a perfect location for our needs. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
