Ease of Check in and Check out.
Housekeeping knocked on the door early in the morning to ask when we would be checking out.
Very nice hotel, clean, large rooms, flat screen TV, vending machines on every floor, polite front desk staff.

Great location.
The room was a little musty.
The look of the hotel was very nice. The staff was also very welcoming. The only part of my stay that was not at par with the rest was the air in my room. It seemed musty, almost damp.

No hassles at all, the room was pretty, the bed comfy.
I arrived and was a first time Priceline user. I had stayed at this hotel before at full advertised price. I was delighted that I was given the Priceline price for the room and no hassles or comments at all at check in. The staff is friendly and I know from past experience they try to please. In fact I wanted to make a pot of coffee in my room when I arrived. If I used the one packet then I would not have one for the morning. and I found a housekeeping person in the hallway and I asked for an extra coffee pack and instead of one packet she insisted that I take two which I used as I am a coffee drinker. She went out of her way to make my day! And English was not her first language so I was surprised that I could get what I wanted with extras! Great job by staff. Happy experience all the way around. read more

The staff is very friendly and professional.
The lobby is always very busy and noisy.
The hotel has been made over since January and they have done a reasonably good job in the upgrades. The staff is always very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The business center is a nice amenity.

The bed was simply the best; nice, white, quaility linen & pillows and a comfortable mattress!
The ice machine was not working on my floor (4).
I was extremely pleased. The location was perfect and the almost adjoining strip of eateries and Target store helped make the stay even more enjoyable. The bedding was the best - I felt no need to check to make sure everything was clean. I have already recommended another couple who enjoyed their stay as well.

Free parking. Internet access in lobby.
Somewhat confusing location/parking lot access. Not a great neighborhood.
Crowne Plaza Mainline is a nice Philly option close enough to downtown without having to pay ridiculous downtown parking fees (which are almost as much as the room rate in some cases). There are some decent chain restaurants within walking distance (although the area can get a bit dangerous at night). Pool is often jammed with kids, but when I stayed the hot tub was not working. I'm also told that several floors are dorms for nearby colleges. read more

Great location if you bring a car.
Lack of public transportation options.
Overall, I was very satisfied. My only minor issue, would be that it would have been nice if they offered a shuttle to the Commuter Rail or even to downtown Philly. Otherwise, this was a great value.
