Beds are great, feather pillows and fluffy towels.
They invited to me to Sunday brunch but failed to mention that it was for $13.00. They failed to record my 2 day stay and keys had to be reinstated.
Good location, excellent accomodations and friendly staff.

The parking lot is a gathering place for people who party and can get very noisy at night.

The beds and pillows.
The way the air blows from the vent system-needs plastic shield on vent.
Very nice, very accommodating, however the bed are right next to the vents and the air blows directly on the bed and its cold. please provide deflector shields for the vent unit or move the beds to the opposite wall.

Exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. TGI Friday and Denny's adjacent. Attractive lobby.
Poor access to public transportation. The worst buffet breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. Few room few amenities for the price.
OK for travelers with car. No food available for miles around after about 11 PM. At the price charged, one would expect a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Airport shuttle staff recommends is not reliable.

Very courteous and helpful staff.
Restaurant only available at certain hours, not even a coffee shop on premises when we arrived in mid afternoon.
Clean, attractive lobby, ditto room. Very comfortable. Lovely staff. Restaurant on premises, but only available during meal hours. No place for a mid afternoon coffee break or snack. You need a car to go anywhere. It's right off a highway. Walking or public transit is not an option. On site driver will deliver you to any destination for a high price.
