Mice enough, but the room was both on the small side and rather dark. Parking was expensivee, but the clerk worked with me to use my Club membership to rerduce it.

Friendly staff. Conveniently located to Nationwide Arena.
Ridiculous parking situation. $12-$21 extra per night. Restaurant staff and service. Valet employees were not helpful. No free WIFI.

This was a nice hotel for the price paid. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Also, it was very convenient to Nationwide Arena. I was very disappointed in the parking situation. If you let the hotel valet's park your car for your it's $21.00 per night. If you park yourself if the near by garage it's still $12.00 per night. Only valet parking, bumped the overall costs up $21.00.

Newly renovated hotel decorated in with a pleasant color palette. Rooms were adequate in size, although could not be described as spacious. Staff was friendly and cooperative.

It is newly refurbished.
The front desk staff.

Nice hotel, convenient location but the front desk have got no interest in the guests. Nobody goes out fo their way here. I would not stay again.
