The two free beers they tried to give me for the power outage.
The rooms were not a 3.5 star hotel quality. Rusty faucets.

I had a horrible experience.
The staff was not courteous at all.

Generally helpful and responsive but did not go out of way to accommodate the problems were encountered.

It was located very conveniently for the Columbus Marathon. Staff was friendly; room was clean and had large space. Nice decor.

The hotel was convenient to events I was attending. The bed was very comfortable and room was nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be staying again in the future.

Clean, friendly, staff extremely accommodating.
No continental breakfast offered.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza, Columbus, OH. The front desk staff was friendly and very accomodating. Their knowledge of the city, entertainment and restaurants was wonderful. Folks may complain about the $21.00 valet parking.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful! The lobby/bar area was attractive and a fun place to hang out.
Our room was very drab and in desparate need of renovations! The chair had major stains!

We noticed a sign that said they were in the process of renovating and we peeked at a newly renovated room and it was beautiful! The room was dreary and drab. The chair and ottoman had so many stains that we didn't even sit in it! The staff was wonderful and the location was perfect for the Ohio State Football game. Once it's fully renovated I think this hotel will be wonderful! read more

The staff and atmosphere were wonderful. I was very pleased with all.
The only thing that I found in need of service is cleaning of AC unit and vents of dust and dirt.

Overall, this hotel was a wonderful experience. I would return to the hotel again if I had to go back to Columbus, Ohio. I would recommend this to others who are looking for lodging for pleasure, business, or just for a romantic time away from the day to day of life.
