Nice decorations, cool workout room, friendly staff, nice and spacious bathroom.
Carpets are in need of major spot removal and valet is $21.00 or $12 in the garage.

This is a very nice hotel. Rooms are very nice, large flat screen, comfy beds, nice bathroom. My only complaints are hotel valet parking is $21 and garage parking is up to $12 overnight. Meters were in effect 8am-6pm with free parking on Sundays and holidays.

Front desk staff was wonderful and very polite and helpful.
The1st valet attendant we met was not very friendly. He left us standing outside in the cold with my 6 year old daughter waiting on instruction.

Hotel was nice & fairly clean. We weren't there long but we paid a reasonable amount of money to stay and room service was even 5 minutes early with our breakfast. Food is decently priced and very good. I really liked it overall with the exception of the valet (the 2nd valet attendant we encounter was terrific though). You would think a 6 year child standing in the cold would be more important than getting a cart for the car who came in after us. read more

Nicely remodeled rooms.
The pool was so small, not even worth mentioning they had a pool.

The hotel was overall a great experience. The cafe in the hotel was fantastic but pricey. Max and Erma's had good food but poor decor.

Few blocks within arena that I was going to. Very nice.
Parking was expensive.

The hotel was very nice for the price that I paid. It was only a few blocks from Nationwide Arena and they provided a free shuttle that I used since it was raining. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and made the trip enjoyable.
