Nicely remodeled rooms.
The pool was so small, not even worth mentioning they had a pool.

The hotel was overall a great experience. The cafe in the hotel was fantastic but pricey. Max and Erma's had good food but poor decor.

Few blocks within arena that I was going to. Very nice.
Parking was expensive.

The hotel was very nice for the price that I paid. It was only a few blocks from Nationwide Arena and they provided a free shuttle that I used since it was raining. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and made the trip enjoyable.

Newly renovated.
The bathroom smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

The hotel was recently renovated and the room was very attractive and clean. The beds were very comfortable with four pillows per bed. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. I elected to park in the public parking ramp located next to the hotel rather than use valet parking. Parking was costly, but to be expected I suppose. Overall, no complaints, and would not hesitate to highly recommend this hotel to others. read more

Pool was small, cold, dirty, hair everywhere. Dirty towels.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, however disappointing and dirty pool.
