I liked the location, and the room was newly renovated.

The hotel was not very busy the night we stayed there, so they upgraded us to a corner suite with a great view.

Newly updated rooms, great beds with flat panel TV with all modern amenities. Hotel is in down town arena district.
Have to pay to park.

Great rooms very clean with all modern amenities. Hotel is close to all downtown activities. I will definitely recommend this hotel as a very business and family friendly.

The front desk staff very helpful, recommended yummy restaurant.
Parking only convenient choice is valet, which was pricey.

This hotel was a great value for the price. Our first impression was a good one from the nicely appointed front lobby, to the clean and pretty rooms. The children enjoyed the pool, the workout room was well done, and the front desk staff was efficient and friendly.

The staff was very polite and helpful and it was very close to everything!
The room could have been bigger and there was a little trash left behind when we checked in.

This was a great hotel room for the price and location. It was conveniently located to great restaurants and shopping and the parking was affordable. It had a pool in the basement and workout facilities. The room service from the nearby restaurant was so-so, but everything else met and/or exceeded our expectations.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice bar and restaurant.
Drunk guy in bar at 11 pm when we returned from a show. Made me uneasy with a 7 year old girl. Hotel called security.

Very enjoyable stay. Shuttle was convenient, but not available all the time. Staff was friendly. Location was convenient to our activities.

Parking very expensive.

Nice hotel, bonus that the NHL draft was in town and the Crowne plazas was a host hotel. Lots of excitement in the air. Very fun for our family.
