Very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff was friendly & helpful.

This hotel was in a great location to Ohio State Fair where we attended a concert. It was a also close to Arena District although we did not go there.

The view was amazing.
The pool needed to be cleaned.

I would stay again at this hotel but would do it next time in the summer time so I can go on a walking tour of Columbus.

Room was exceptional. Mattress & pillows were excellent slept very well.
They lied to us about the cost of parking in the hotel.

They are redoing the rooms. Bedding and pillows are exceptional. Very clean. Easy access to the convention center. Hotel pushed valet parking versus self parking. Told us it would be twice as much to park in the deck. Parked in the deck anyway and it was less expensive then valet. Talked with others and they ran into the same issue.

Clean, friendly, staff extremely accommodating.
No continental breakfast offered.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza, Columbus, OH. The front desk staff was friendly and very accomodating. Their knowledge of the city, entertainment and restaurants was wonderful. Folks may complain about the $21.00 valet parking.

Very helpful, friendly staff.
$24.00 I had to pay for parking in garage for 2 days.

I would recommend the Crowne Plaza downtown Columbus, Ohio to anyone. The rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The shuttle service that the hotel provided was excellent. The coffee shop in lobby was very convenient for those of us who like our specialty coffees. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Everything about the hotel was first rate except for the fitness center.
