They put rose pedals on the bed.
They closed the pool early.

The accommodations this hotel provided to us on Valentine Day exceeded my expectations. They had rose pedals on the bed and in the bathroom. They had champaign in the room with chocolates.

Great location and fabulous hotel.
No microwaves, we brought food to be heated but there were none.

Great location, lovely amenities, comfy beds, exactly what we wanted and perfect start to a great vacation. Friendly staff and porters.

The interior balconies overlooking the entire hotel - glass elevator.
No continental breakfast and didn't care for walking through the common areas to access the pool.

Overall this hotel met and exceeded my expectations. I liked the towels at the pool area as well as restroom proximity.

I didn't fine any thing I didn't like.

The staff where very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and the rooms where very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling.

This hotel was light and airy and overall very clean.
No fan in the bathroom; it would be nice if the sink was in a separate area.

We really enjoyed our stay; not far from our destination in Detroit. The desk employees were helpful and friendly.

The bed and pillows were so comfy, slept well.

My husband and I stayed there after a late nite flight arrival in Detroit. The front desk person was still very pleasant at 2am. The bed was so comfortable that we fell asleep right away. Our room was clean and quiet. Would recommend this hotel to others.

The lobby area was really nice and spacious.
No wireless internet throughout. No free continental breakfast.

I was a little disappointed in the fact that there wasn't wireless internet throughout. After a long day traveling who wants to hang out in the lobby to check email. It would have been nice to check it in the comfort of your room. Additionally, many 2 star places offer continental breakfast and I was expecting that from a 3 star place. So actually I could have gotten more for less had I stayed at a best western. read more
