Parking was free for the night but they really didn't care if you lingered around, at least on the weekend days.
Noisy city traffic, the AC unit got me sick, cleanliness was OK at best, leaky shower dripped but worked, very average room on the 6th floor.
Average.

I thought the quality was good.
My wife said she found someone else's hairpin within our sheets.
I thought this was a pretty good stay. My wife had a few issues with housekeeping, like finding someone else's hair pin hidden within the sheets made us wonder. Location was confusing, but after staying for more than a day, got around fine.

Very attentive staff, comfortable rooms and great that the hotel provides its own free shuttle to get to local sites.
Hotel shuttle not always available, even if you reserve it for a particular time.
This hotel is a tremendous value for folks visiting downtown Hartford. While separated by a highway from downtown, it's both very walkable, and serviced by the hotel's own shuttle, and a city shuttle that stops outside the garage. The hotel offers a breakfast buffer, but apart from the omelet's, the additional dishes are less than inspired, and the baked goods are totally of the commercial variety. read more

Not much, sushi was good and the
location was OK.
Charge for parking, hotel not a 3.5 star and
food not great.
Not a 3.5 star would rate as a 2 or 2.5. Bathrooms need to be redone. Old and outdated rooms.

Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and free parking.
Hotel front desk staff was less than friendly upon check-in.
Good location, beautiful hotel with great parking. For a business traveler the hotel provided everything I needed.

Convenient location. Very attentive staff.
Leaky plumbing in tub. Shows lack of concern for the environment & poor maintenance of property.
Great location to all freeways, businesses, railway station. Comfortable rooms, great view to the east. Very attentive staff.

Free parking on weekend.
Front desk early in the morning.
Overall, the place was fine. It wasn't Wow, but all I needed was a clean, safe place to rest my weary bones and this place was it.

I like the food served in the restaurant.
Bathtubs are outdated, so I used only the shower and the gym has an unpleasant smell.

Great bed.
Room a little noisy from the freeway.
It was very comfortable. Room was nice. Non-smoking room did not smell but the 15th floor hallway did. Convenient to downtown.

Very easy from highways.
Hotel was dated and not especially clean.
While checking in, a group of sorority girls were planning their night out on the town, giving the hotel a trashy feeling. The rooms had been updated, but not maintained, and the water in the bathtub could not be shut off. Decent for a purely functional hotel room, but not a hotel I would go back to, unless price was the only concern.
