The location was god for business, and the breakfast was good.
Service was poor including front desk and dinning room.

The hotel is fine for a short stay but does not rate its full price or 3.5 rating at all. The rooms are dark, dated and dingy. The bathrooms ar cramped with mildew. The hotel is in need of updating.

The staff at the Crowne Plaza was wonderful and very helpful.
The hotel is tired and need renovation in the sleeping rooms. Problem with plumbing in one room and leak in another.
